Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

Not in love with your purchase? Return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened diffuser oils and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

  1. Email support@aromaambient.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
